Debit Card Deposits and Withdrawals

Your Visa or Mastercard debit card clears through the same gateway your bank uses for online shopping. Head to the cashier, pick card payment, enter your sixteen-digit number, expiry and CVV. Your bank sends an OTP to your phone — confirm it and the funds hit your account. We don't store your full card number; the gateway tokenises it. Withdrawals return to

the same card you used to deposit. Processing takes one to three business days depending on your bank's clearing schedule. If you deposited with bKash or Nagad first, you'll need to withdraw via the same wallet before switching to card withdrawal. Keep your card details current in account settings so payouts don't bounce back.

CARD HELP

Support for Card Transactions

Deposit Declined If your bank declines the card, check your daily limit and international-transaction settings. Some Bangladesh banks block online casino payments by default — call your bank's helpline to enable merchant-category approval for gaming sites.
Withdrawal Delay Card withdrawals can take up to three business days while the issuing bank verifies the refund. If it's been longer, open a ticket with your transaction ID and we'll trace it with the payment processor.
Card Verification We may ask for a photo of your card showing the last four digits and your name — mask the middle numbers and CVV. This proves you own the card and speeds up large withdrawals without extra back-and-forth.
SECURITY LAYER

How We Protect Your Card Data

PCI DSS Gateway

Our payment processor is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the card-industry standard for storing and transmitting card data. Your full number never touches our database; we see only a token reference that can't be reversed.

3D Secure OTP

Every card deposit triggers your bank's 3D Secure flow — Visa Secure or Mastercard Identity Check — so only you can authorise the charge. The OTP confirms the card is in your hand, not just someone with your number.

SSL Encryption

Card-entry pages run over TLS 1.3 encryption. Your browser shows the padlock. Data travels encrypted end-to-end from your device to the gateway; no plaintext card numbers cross the wire at any point.

Withdrawal to Source

We send payouts back to the same card you deposited with. If you want to switch withdrawal methods, contact support — we'll walk you through the verification steps so your funds reach the right account safely.

Debit Card Glossary

What is 3D Secure?

3D Secure is the OTP step your bank adds to online card payments — Visa Secure or Mastercard Identity Check. You enter a one-time code sent to your phone to prove you own the card and approve the charge.

What does PCI DSS mean?

Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard — a set of rules that payment processors follow to store and transmit card data securely. Our gateway is PCI Level 1 certified so your card details stay encrypted.

What is a card token?

A token is a random reference string the gateway gives us instead of your real card number. We store the token; the gateway keeps your actual digits in a vault that only the bank can read.

What is CVV?

Card Verification Value — the three-digit code on the back of your Visa or Mastercard. It proves you have the physical card in your hand when you type it during checkout; we never store it after the transaction.

What does chargeback mean?

A chargeback is when you dispute a card charge with your bank and they reverse the payment. If you open a chargeback instead of contacting us first, your account will be suspended while we investigate the dispute.

What is a daily card limit?

Your bank sets a maximum amount you can spend online each day. If a deposit fails with a limit error, check your banking app or call your bank to raise the daily transaction cap for merchant payments.

Debit Card Questions

We accept Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Bangladesh banks. Prepaid cards work if your bank allows merchant-category gaming. American Express and Diners are not supported on our payment gateway at this time.

Card deposits clear in under two minutes once you confirm the bank OTP. If the payment is pending longer, check your bank app — sometimes the charge sits in a verification queue and you need to approve it there.

Withdrawals go back to the card you deposited with. If that card is closed or expired, contact support with a photo of your new card and we'll update your withdrawal method after a quick verification check.

Common reasons: daily limit reached, international transactions blocked, insufficient balance, or your bank flags online gaming merchants. Call your bank's helpline and ask them to enable merchant-category approval for the transaction you tried.

We don't charge deposit or withdrawal fees on our side. Your bank may add a merchant-service fee or currency-conversion charge — check your bank's fee schedule or your transaction receipt for the exact breakdown.

Head to account settings, open the payment-methods tab, and add your new card. The gateway will run a small verification charge — confirm the OTP and your new card is saved for future deposits and withdrawals.
